Margot has over 25 years of musculoskeletal, physiotherapy experience both in the NHS and private sectors. She qualiﬁed from Queens College, Glasgow in 1991 with a BSc and laterally a MSc in manual therapy from Caledonia University in 2012. She has worked as a physio in various countries including New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong.

During her career as a physiotherapist, Margot has worked in many different spheres of physiotherapy from high level sports physiotherapy (Rugby and Tae Kwon Do) to specialist spinal services and physiotherapy for chronic back pain.
Margot currently works in Glasgow as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner. This involves the assessment and management of orthopaedic conditions and the treatment of complex musculoskeletal conditions. Her physiotherapy practice has a large focus on manual therapy and restoration of optimal movement through functional rehabilitation. Margot is still amazed at what the body can achieve given the right guidance and environment.

We took our 2 year old son in to see Dr O’Neill for a meningitis B vaccination recently. Due to shortages of the vaccine, we had been on a waiting list with a well-known high street pharmacist for months without knowing when they would get stock in. We came across Glasgow Medical Rooms who had the vaccination and we managed to get our son booked in the next day. The clinic was very smart and easy to access in the city centre too.
