Dr Sheila O’Neill
PRIVATE GP AND CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Sheila O’Neill is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and holds a postgraduate diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is a general practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience.
Prior to founding Glasgow Medical Rooms a private general practice, Dr. O’Neill held a partnership in a busy NHS general practice in Govanhill where she provided comprehensive primary health care. She became one of the first female GP trainers in the West of Scotland training many young doctors. She also tutored 3rd and 5th-year medical students for nearly 20 years.
During her 20 years in the partnership, Dr. Sheila O’Neill organised specialised clinics in addition to general practice appointments, including a Cryotherapy Clinic, Drug Clinic and Healthy Heart Clinic.
As well as having dealt with NHS patients on a daily basis, Dr. O’Neill also has vast experience of dealing with medical assessments for insurance purposes, HGV medicals, reports for insurance companies, Visa medicals and more. Dr. Sheila O’Neill is delighted to bring her wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience to our private patients and clients at Glasgow Medical Rooms.
Dr Astrid Bennet
MB ChB DCH, DRCOG ,Dip Dermatology
Dr Bennett is an accomplished GP and Dermatology Specialty Doctor who has worked in the NHS for over 25 years.
She graduated from Glasgow University in 1993 and practiced in New Zealand and London before returning to Scotland.
After working as a GP Partner in Lanarkshire, Dr Bennett has extensive experience in all areas of family medicine with a wide breadth of knowledge. She is able to provide diagnostic and management skills in cutaneous medicine, as well as some procedures such as keloid or alopecia injections. A member of the Primary Care Dermatology Society, she has contributed towards research and teaching students in clinical settings.
She is adaptable and proactive in response to evolving healthcare needs for targeted, dependable clinician support.

Dr Julie Browning
MBChB MRCGP DRCOG DFSRH
Dr Browning is an experienced GP with over 20 year’s experience of service in the NHS. She graduated from Glasgow Medical School in 2004 and qualified as a GP in 2008.
Dr Browning enjoys the variety that general practice brings. She has a particular interest in women’s health and how lifestyle factors and stress can influence and impact overall health and well-being. She also has a passion for teaching and has been a vocational studies / communication skills tutor at Glasgow Medical School since 2010. Committed to patient centred care, Dr Browning strives to meet and support you wherever you are on your health/wellness journey.
Dr Roisin O’Regan
MBBS MRCGP PGDip Dermatology
Dr O’Regan is an experienced GP with a background in private general practice, NHS medicine and urgent care. She qualified as a doctor in 2012 and as a GP in 2017, and holds a postgraduate diploma in Dermatology. She has a particular interest in preventative healthcare, dermatology and lifestyle medicine.
Before joining Glasgow Medical Rooms, Dr O’Regan worked in private general practice in Chelsea, London, providing personalised care and preventative health assessments to a diverse patient population. She also has extensive experience in adult and paediatric urgent care at leading private London hospitals.
With particular interests in dermatology, preventative medicine and lifestyle medicine, Dr O’Regan takes a holistic, individualised approach to healthcare. She places particular importance on listening to patients, understanding their concerns and working collaboratively to achieve the best possible long-term health outcomes.
Nicola Keane
Practice Manager
Nicola is our accomplished professional Practice Manager who proudly maintains a highly productive, efficient and quality driven environment at all times. Experienced professional with strong leadership and relation-building skills.
Nicola’s dedication to her professional image is thorough and in-depth from using her extensive administrative experience to support the clinicians, to taking great pride in her own appearance as her nails are always perfectly manicured and polished.
