Please note that our opening times will vary during the week beginning 1 December. Full details are shown in the table opposite. Our phone lines follow the same hours. Online Booking
Please read carefully before choosing to book online.
Important Booking Information
When booking your appointment, please make sure to clearly specify the reason for your visit. This helps us ensure that you select the correct appointment type.
Once your booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it doesn’t appear in your inbox. If you don’t receive the confirmation email, please contact the practice.
A member of our team will call you shortly after your booking to collect a £30 deposit over the phone. Please note, the deposit must be paid to confirm your appointment.
If the deposit is not paid at least 24 hours before your appointment, it will not be secured, and the appointment will be cancelled.
Please note we do not see anyone under the age of 16.

GP Consultation (30 Minutes)
Please select this appointment if you need to see a GP for general ailments. If you feel you require a longer appointment please contact the practice and one of the team can arrange this for you. If you would like to see a specific doctor you canchoose their name from the drop-down list. If you would like the first appointment with any practitioner please ensure the field says Any Practitioner.
Chester Step (30 Minutes)
Please select this option if you require a chester step.
Sexual Health Appointment (30 Minutes)
Please select this option if you require a sexual appointment. Sexual health packages and pricing can be found on the sexual health page of the website. Most packages require 28 days exposure before testing can be carried out. If you are unsure please call the practice and one of the team can advise you.
Travel/Non-Travel Vaccine Telephone Consultation (15 Minutes)
Please select this option if you require vaccinations. All vaccinations require a telephone consultation with one of our nurses whether this is for travel or non-travel vaccinations.
Physio First Appointment (30 Minutes)
Please select this option if this is the first time you have seen the physio.
Physio Follow Up (30 Minutes)
